Another reason why I'm living on the westcoast...

Just to piss off you people who live in less than temperate climates.

So the weather report today. Beautiful sunshine, 20 degrees. Not too cold and not too hot. No humidity and a gentle breeze from the Pacific Ocean.

Great. I've got exams next week and the weather is not exactly cooperating. It's rather hard to study when it's so beautiful outside. Decided to do some "studying" at the beach today instead of going to the library.

Not a good thing.

Scores of people jogging, rollerblading and sunbathing. Parents with sport baby strollers out en masse. Counted 14 boats passing by. Read about 20 pages. Booyah. Now that's productivity.

Last week I was talking to my friend who goes to law school in Alberta. He was telling me how there was still snow in Edmonton.

Me: Want me to piss you off?
Him: Umm...sure.
Me: We had cherry blossoms since the end of January.
Him: ...

Heh.

hee. I do that everytime my parents call from the centre of the universe, they're usually having snowy/cold/rainy weather and it's been sooo beautiful lately...

now, of course, since im going back on Friday, the weather will be horrible. And then it will improve, just in time for Bar Ads :p

What? It hasn't been that bad in Alberta. And I should know, living in Victoria and all.

But to make everyone feel better. I went for a run along the beach today in shorts and a t-shirt. Actually, it was really nice out. nm

ok...im so jealous. but its a fact that singapore is of average temp 34deg C and such high humidity that clothes take 2 days to dry...and ive never even seen cherry blossoms. *sniff*
