2002...

Ahhh....with a few hours to spare, my last entry of 2002. First off, happy new year to everyone for the coming year!!! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas holidays and survived digesting all that turkey fat. :)

I took the time out to relax and veg with friends, family, my beloved Internet connection, and my car. My brain still feels scattered, but thankfully not as stressed. As 2002 comes to an end, I feel as if there are a lot loose ends from the year that I'll need to tie up in the following year.

Loose ends in terms of thoughts as well. 2002 was a tumultuous year. Lots of ups and downs. The year started with much downs--confusion, anxiety and even a general feeling of worthlessness. As the year progressed, things began to change for the better. The year presented new experiences and challenges. A lot of these new experiences really changed me. I feel like these experiences have really helped me grow. It shook me up.

But in a good way. :)

Perhaps that's why I still feel so scattered. I have so much to think about. Life in general. About my ambitions and goals. About 2003. Yet so many things have been happening in the past few weeks I haven't really been able to think about them. I know I'll need my time in the first week of 2003 to collect my thoughts. Hmmm.

As for what else is in store for the coming year...well, who knows? But who cares? Bring it on, I say! I'm ready for the new year!
